VESTERGAARD: UGANDA

Uganda had a problem – despite gains against malaria over the past decades, the mosquitos that transmit the disease recently developed insecticide resistance. Vestergaard created a new mosquito net that addressed this issue and I had the opportunity to travel to Uganda and document the deployment of this new technology throughout the country.
