He developed @Upworthy on Instagram, which has more than 5 million followers. Its best-in-class engagement, has led to Upworthy being recognized as one of the top social brands by Comscore

During his tenure as editorial director of Upworthy.com, he led the company’s digital publishing into profitability. Previously, he helmed video for GOOD, writing, directing and producing original and branded content. An experienced creative and strategic thinker, he is devoted to reaching mass audiences with meaningful, moving content.

Brands and organizations he’s worked with include Google, Netflix, The United Nations, The World Food Program, The Templeton World Charity, Human Rights Watch, Ad Council, Ford, Pfizer, LVMH, L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, lululemon, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's, Vestergaard, Chase, PayPal, Walgreens, Whole Foods, Bloomberg and AT&T.

In his free time, he looks for cool rocks in remote areas of the California desert and stares pensively into lakes.
